Personal Data Privacy Policy

Article 1: OUR PHILOSOPHY

The company MATRIOCHKA INFLUENCES, headquartered at 6 rue de Lisbonne – 75008 PARIS, is dedicated to building a strong and lasting relationship with you – clients, prospects, and influencers (including journalists, personalities, e-influencers on social networks such as Instagram, YouTube, blogs, or other platforms). This is why we attach particular importance to the protection and confidentiality of the personal data we collect, and we want to share with you how we use them and the choices available to you. Of course, you may not be concerned with all the situations mentioned below.

Article 2: DATA COLLECTED

We commit to our clients, prospects, and influencers to collect and process only the data necessary for the realization of our activities, particularly the provision of specific services requested by you and to keep you informed. We also use the information you provide for marketing purposes to communicate with you.

As examples, we collect and process the following personal data:

Identity data: first names, last name, date of birth/age, gender, marital status, identification documents;

Personal or professional contact data: postal address, email address, and telephone numbers;

Financial data: account details (we use this data only for payment processing);

Professional activity data: company name, job title, possibly brief biographical information about your professional background;

Marketing and communication data: sphere of influence, interests, consumption preferences, your public profiles on social networks, photographs or videos of yourself that you wish to share;

Location data: apart from the information you choose to provide us or publish on social networks, we do not collect any precise location information.

Comments and opinions that you share when responding to our surveys, contests, and promotions or those of our clients;

Any other information that you deem necessary to assist us in processing your request.

We do not hold any information about your origins, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union affiliations, or your health.

The personal data collected are (i) either provided by you when contacting us by mail, telephone, email, in person at events, as part of our contractual agreement, by filling out forms, (ii) obtained from the following sources:

publicly accessible sources (social media platforms including your social profiles, public-access websites, blogs or vlogs, information from articles you have written),

service providers, such as media or institutional database providers, in compliance with data protection regulations.

In the event that the transmitted data concern a minor, we only request the communication of personal data strictly necessary for them to participate in an activity or benefit from a service, and when they are under the age of 15, we first seek their consent jointly with that of the person or persons exercising parental authority over them.

Article 3: PURPOSES OF COLLECTED DATA

The collection, processing, and/or use of your personal data are mainly used for the following purposes:

management and administration of our business and customer/prospect relationship;

customer retention, relationship development;

conducting commercial communication campaigns, including sending commercial prospecting offers, information about our products, services, activities, or those of our clients;

sending press releases;

conducting promotional operations and contests;

personalizing services and products that better suit your needs and preferences;

conducting satisfaction surveys, surveys, calculating marketing performance indicators;

invitation to organized events, trips.

The processing of your data for the various purposes mentioned is necessary:

to allow us to fulfill our contractual obligations;

In the event that personal data are processed for purposes other than those for which personal data were collected and as identified above, we will provide you with information about this other purpose and any other relevant legal information required.

It is stated that, through the personal data collected, no automated decision-making is made within the meaning of the applicable regulations.

Article 4: COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

The data collected may be communicated internally to the personnel of our company responsible for the marketing service, the commercial service, the services responsible for processing the customer/prospect/influencer relationship, as well as their hierarchical superiors.

Our company is also required to communicate your personal data to:

Our clients for whom we process data on their behalf. For example, we only transmit personal data to clients on whose behalf we offer goods or services that may be of interest to you.

To service providers responsible for providing us with services (experts, advisors, accounting firms, lawyers, insurers) to comply with our legal obligations or for other business reasons;

Potential buyers of our company;

A competent public authority in order to comply with a legal, regulatory, judicial obligation, or any other applicable request from a public authority.

We ask our partners or service providers to implement appropriate data protection and confidentiality measures. Some of the recipients mentioned above may be located outside the European Union and have access to all or part of the personal information we collect.

The implemented protection consists of:

choosing providers located outside the European Union located in a country with an adequate level of protection of personal data as recognized by the European Commission, or

the conclusion of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Article 5: DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

We undertake to keep personal data only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, in accordance with legal requirements. These retention periods are defined based on the processing purposes implemented by our company and take into account in particular the applicable legal provisions imposing a specific retention period for certain categories of data and the applicable limitation periods.

If we no longer need to use your information and no longer need to keep it to meet our legal obligations or regulations, we will delete it from our systems or anonymize it so that you cannot be identified.

As examples, (i) data related to the execution of concluded contracts will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship plus the associated limitation periods, or (ii) personal data used for commercial solicitations may be kept and processed for 3 years after the last contact from you, if applicable.

ARTICLE 6: YOUR RIGHTS

Our company implements various reasonable organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

You have rights regarding the data we hold:

The right of access, which allows you to obtain information about the processing of your personal data and ask us questions about the nature of the processing concerning you,

The right to rectification, which allows you to request the correction or update of your data if you believe that your personal data are inaccurate or incomplete,

The right to limit the processing of your data in certain cases, which implies limited use of your data;

The right to object, which allows you not to be included in a data processing or to no longer be included in it.

The right to erasure: All data concerning you are automatically deleted or anonymized at the expiration of the data retention period. When your data is processed based on your consent or legitimate interest, you can obtain early deletion of your data subject to a legitimate reason that would justify our authorization to continue processing your data.

The right to data portability, which allows you to request that the information you have provided to us be sent to another organization, to the extent of technical possibilities.

Furthermore, we undertake to inform you as soon as possible of any breach of your personal data that could expose your rights and freedoms to a high risk.

To exercise your rights, you can make your request by indicating your name, first name, email address, accompanied by a copy of your identity (to verify that the author of the request is the person concerned by the processing)

The request will be processed within the legal deadlines. Our company, in order to comply with legal retention obligations, may store certain personal data in intermediate archives.

To ensure that your request is managed as efficiently as possible, please remember:

to indicate the right(s) you wish to exercise.

If necessary, it is specified that exercising the right to erasure of personal data and/or exercising the right to object to the processing of personal data and/or exercising the right to limit the processing of personal data and/or withdrawing your consent to the processing of personal data at any time makes it impossible to perform the requested or proposed services.
