At a time when crises are accelerating the transformation of consumption and business models and when consumers' mistrust of brand advertising content is becoming more radical than ever, what brands say about themselves is no longer at stakes. What now counts is what is said about them and, above all, who says it.

Whether they work in the B2B or B2C spheres, whether they are journalists, instagrammers, tiktokers, micro-influencers, celebrities, or even consumer fans... the voice of prescribers today has more impact in engaging a brand's audience than advertising.

But what does "engaging" mean? Engaging an audience obviously involves generating likes, comments, sharing... but it also means changing a behavior, embracing an idea, selling a product. We have the ability to demonstrate it because we can measure it. And we know this is a strategic issue.
