Challenge

In a gaming ecosystem where the battle for attention plays out in real time on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, Activision wanted to establish Call of Duty as a culturally relevant brand within the French community, far beyond simple product communications.
The challenge entrusted to our Paris social media and gaming influence agency: designing and operating the entire social presence of Call of Duty France in full-service, creating content that resonates with French culture, its codes, trends and humour, to transform a global franchise into a local social brand with strong community buy-in. A significant challenge in an ultra-competitive video gaming market where every franchise competes to retain young, volatile and demanding audiences.


Concept & Strategy

As a Paris-based social media and influencer marketing agency, we have been operating the full social media strategy for Call of Duty France since 2023 on TikTok and since July 2025 on Instagram and YouTube, under an annual full-service mandate covering creation, production, publishing and community engagement.
Our Next-Gen Influence methodology (Data > Idea > Ecosystem > Reach > KPI) structured an always-on social media programme built around four complementary pillars.
Pillar 1 — Influencer content. We activate a network of gaming and lifestyle creators to produce influencer content integrated into the brand's editorial line, blending gameplay, reactions and situational content to maximise resonance across French gaming communities.
Pillar 2 — Creator content. In parallel, we collaborate with content creators from the French scene to imagine native formats, designed for the codes of each platform, anchoring Call of Duty within French popular culture and current trends.
Pillar 3 — Agency-made content. Our team produces in-house original content crafted for Call of Duty France's unique tone: humour, self-deprecation, French cultural references and real-time gaming news reactivity. A creative territory that has forged a genuine social personality for the brand in the French market.
Pillar 4 — Ongoing publishing and community engagement. We deliver active, daily community management, with a strategy of comment responses, community interactions and conversational monitoring that turns every post into a conversation and every follower into an advocate.
